The TapLabs technician was fantastic! She called before her arrival to let me know when she'd be here, and she was friendly and knowledgeable. I barely even felt the needle! I would definitely recommend TapLabs and use them again.

I Absolutley love tap labs. This was my third time using the service. The nurse who came Tara. Was awesome. Professional. Friendly. Very knowledgeable. And for 100 bucks. You don’t have the line up. The waiting room full of sick people. The protocols. The general waste of your time. I am a customer for life. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Amazing. If you factor in the drive time. The waiting room. The drive home. A lab visit is a multi hour affair. Buying back your personal time is money well spent.

TapLabs is such an incredible service, making bloodwork much less ominous for our little guy (5 years old). Tara is the BEST technician, remembers our son, goes above and beyond with her care and kindness for him. We recently used TapLabs for the second time. First time was about 2 years ago. Both experiences were fantastic. Booking and setting everything up is easy, and everyone I’ve had contact with (techs and admin) have been so kind and helpful.

It may seem a little pricey BUT for the convenience of not having to wait forever for a lab appointment or take time to sit and wait for walk-in, and making arrangements for time off work and childcare - 100% worth it. Our family will absolutely continue to use this service!

Super easy and the technician, Tristan, was very professional and very gentle, definitely worth the money to have them come to your house, I didn't have to wait at all and it only took about 15 minutes! I am very uncomfortable to take my baby to labs for bloodwork. It’s such an overwhelming situation when it comes to drawing blood from a baby that I can’t imagine doing it any other way than doing it at home and making it as comfortable as possible for baby. I had several appointments with them in the past but I wasn’t sure if it was a good idea for baby as it can be tricky and the last thing I want is bruises on his little hand. I was really worried the first time but now I feel so confident that I have booked my second appointment for my LO. They are amazing and I don’t think I am going back to put myself in the long waitlist for simple bloodwork ever again.

I wish I had known about this service years ago. I don't think I can ever to back to lab and wait in a room full of sick people for hours ever again. The booking is super easy on the app, they have lots of availability (even next day), the technician was exactly on time and she was super friendly and professional. She was in and out in only 10-15 mins for 2 people. Even my 12 year old daughter said she "barely felt it" because the tech was so gentle. I'll be using this service every time we need lab work from now on.

I went to the lab the other day and even though I had an appointment, I was told the wait time would still be 40+ mins. I found TapLabs on google while sitting in the waiting room and decided to give up my appointment.

Great experience with Taplabs! I have a serious needle phobia and was very nervous about getting my blood taken. Tara was incredible! She was so kind, quick, and gentle. The booking process was so easy. I even got in earlier because they had a cancellation! Being able to be in the comfort of my own house and laying on the couch was great. I would definitely recommend for anyone who has a bit of blood test anxiety!

Great experience. I was desperately trying to find a place that does bloodwork today (Saturday). I was so tired from being through 30 rounds of Radiation, I decided to try a mobile service just to see how long the appointment would take. To my surprise, TapLabs was here within the hour! 10 out of 10! Let me start by saying I have a severe needle phobia it’s a very stressful ordeal for me. I usually will pass out & throw up. I am 44 yrs old and never recovered after being traumatized as a child. I saw this site yesterday & thought it was too good to be true. I booked late yesterday for a tech to arrive at 3pm today. The tech that arrived on time was Tara. With a email notification letting me know she was on her way. She was a delight, kind & friendly. She even encouraged putting my little dogs on the bed with me to support and comfort. I didn’t even feel the poke. & after puppy kisses we were already done. Crazy as I usually always pass out. Doing this in the comfort of my own will make this a much easier process. I highly recommend Tara in all aspects. & I will gladly give them the best word of mouth compliments.

Way better experience than a lab. Tara arrived in perfect time, was quick efficient and friendly. I was also able to book for the next day with minimal effort. Well worth paying a bit extra to have the visit. Everyone should try this out.

I was skeptical about using the service at first, I was worried a poorly trained technician would show up and the sample wouldn't arrive on time, not being a big fan of needles the skill of the technician is to me a pretty big deal. I have been a blood donor for a few years and had a couple experiences getting jabbed repeatedly by a technician who had no idea what they were doing that kept missing the vein.

I was very wrong. The technician Gaurav was far more experienced and professional than anyone I have dealt with donating blood or in a lab. Saving time is great, but having professional and well trained staff like Gaurav makes the service worth the fee on it's own.
I will absolutely be using this service in the future, and would definitely recommend it.

Yes, it cost me $90… but for the ability to have lab work done by next-morning, from the comfort of my home… I equated it to the cost of a couple food deliveries… well worth it for the urgency of my health need!

I was lucky to have met Tara for my in-home blood work needs. She is a veteran in her field, so so knowledgeable, explained what roughly I was being tested for, made sure we got all the samples needed, etc. I feel like I not only benefitted from the blood tests themselves, but gained from Tara’s knowledge and background as well… she was such a thorough and kind expert.

I had the pleasure of meeting Guarav today for my appointment. He was prompt, courteous, and highly trained and skilled. I’ve had lots of blood work done in life and i don’t think I’ve ever had such a smooth and painless needle experience. Because of the pandemic we met in the garage of my house so we had some fresh air, but he still followed sanitizing and mask precautions (as did I), which made me feel safe and well cared for. This is the first time I’ve used TapLabs and it was such a great experience I’ll be happy to use the service again in the future.

I heard about TapLabs from a friend who had used their service. I required a COVID-19 PCR test for work travel and was able to book an appointment with Tara for the day before my travel. Since TapLabs has such quick turnaround times, even for a PCR test, I was able to get a single test to use for both entry into the US, and for my return flight to Canada.
Tara came right to my house around 1:30pm, and I had my results that evening before going to bed.
